Tormondi is early-stage — a small, senior team operating MLOps pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and HPC clusters for live workloads. We're not hiring at scale yet. We're growing, though, and this page is where that will show up first.
What we look for
We're small enough that one person's work is visible in the outcome, not buried in a sprint board. That shapes who we bring on.
Ownership over hand-off
If you pick up a piece of infrastructure, you carry it through design, build, and the pager that comes after. There's no separate team to hand off to at 5pm.
Small enough to matter
There's no layer between the work you do and the client running on it. Decisions move at the speed of a conversation, not a roadmap review.
Written down, not tribal
Runbooks, architecture decisions, and postmortems are documents, not hallway knowledge — because we're growing, and the next person needs to find them.
Direct, not diplomatic
We'd rather hear something's wrong on a Tuesday than find out in a retro. Feedback goes straight to the person who can act on it.
